Scheduled Messages

Scheduled messages send a template at a specific date and time.

Configuration

1. Choose a date and time.
2. Select the target channel.
3. Save the template.

The scheduler runs once per minute and uses the timezone stored in the template. If no timezone is set, it falls back to the server timezone or UTC.

Notes

• Scheduled messages are one-time. For recurring sends, create multiple schedules.
• Messages use the same placeholders as other templates.
• Only text, announcement, and forum channels are supported as targets.
