Creating Applications
Use the Applications tool in the dashboard to create or edit application forms.
Application Fields

| Name | string | Max 120 chars. Used in UI and notifications. |
| Slug | string | Used by /apply. Auto-generated from name if empty. Max 64 chars. |
| Description | string | Optional, max 1000 chars. |
| Staff review channel | channel | Optional. If set, staff receive submission embeds. |
| Accept role reward | role | Optional. Role given to approved applicants. |
| Max submissions per user | number | 1 to 25. |
| Application enabled | boolean | Disabled applications do not appear in /apply. |
| Reject message | string | Optional, max 2000 chars. Sent on rejection. |
Questions
Each application supports up to 20 questions.
Question fields:

| Type | enum | short_text, paragraph, or multiple_choice. |
| Required | boolean | If true, answers are mandatory. |
| Choices | string[] | Only for multiple choice, up to 20 choices, 100 chars each. |
| Placeholder | string | Optional, max 100 chars. |
| Min length | number | 0 to 4000. |
| Max length | number | 1 to 4000. |
Tips
- Keep prompts short and specific.
- Use the Description field to clarify expectations.
- For multiple choice, enter choices separated by commas.
