What happened

On 02/24/2026, our services experienced a major failure in the database layer. This caused instability across moderation, configuration, and protection systems.

To prevent further corruption and long term instability, we made the decision to take the system offline and perform a full backend reconstruction.

Downtime lasted approximately 24 hours.

What was rebuilt

We did not apply small patches. We rebuilt the foundation. Database layer

Data impact

Core server configuration was preserved. Non critical runtime tables were rebuilt to ensure integrity.
